Re-Translating

To be able to re-translate a project to another languages (i.e. Spanish; French; Russian) other than English using our raws and/or translations the following conditions have to be met:

1. Send an email to admin@eclipse-scans.net with the following form filled out on the email:

Your Name:
Group Name:
Series you’d like to translate:
The language you would like to translate it to:
Link to your site:

Do you agree to #2 & #3 listed below stating the Terms & Conditions of using Eclipse Scanlations raws & translations? (Yes or No)

Please attach a link to a chapter that you have previously released.
(RELEASES AT ARE/WERE JOINTS WITH OTHER GROUPS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!)

2. [Terms & Conditions] If your group gets accepted for any series that you’ve applied for:

• You must keep an active link to our site near every project or on your affiliates section.
• You must keep all credit/recruitment/ads/celebration pages intact.
• You may not take any of the other series that we have other than the series approved for your group.
• You must keep to our waiting policy.

3. [Terms & Conditions] Do not ask us to NOT give away “your” series to other groups.

Eclipse Scanlations has the right to give permission for re-translation of the series to another group if we see that the group originally given permission is not progressing well with the series or if any other dispute is caught up.

Eclipse Scanlations will not take responsibility for any issues that may occur with other groups that were previously given permission before we started keeping track. If you run into any clashes with other groups of the same language, you are to figure it out amoungst yourselves!

Hosting

Our releases are allowed to be hosted by anyone as long as they follow the waiting policy listed above and the following rules below:

1. Do NOT copy or rip the pages off of the online reader!
This includes but not limited to: Saving every page, print-screening every page, or using any 3rd Party Extensions, Applications, Hacking, or Web Design Tools.

2. Do not remove any credit pages/recruitment pages/advertisements/celebration pages or any other pages inside the original release of the chapter or series.
This includes but not limited to: ANY and ALL pages in the zip file on the downloadable (& reader) version/link provided on eclipse-scans.net of the chapter.

3. Renaming is allow but credit must be given to Eclipse under the following name next to EVERY chapter that you host!

-Eclipse Scans
-Eclipse Scanlations

4. You will not edit any of the scans in ANY way!
This includes but not limited to: Watermarking your website onto our scans.

By hosting any series or chapters released by Eclipse Scanlations you are agreeing to the top FIVE conditions. Five including following the waiting policy and will take full responsibility for any breach in this agreement. You are also accepting that Eclipse has the right to ask you to take down their releases from your website and ask you to never host any of their releases again if Eclipse decides to do so because of a breach in this agreement.
